Varying quality of ceramic materials

Many of our competitors produce “black” knife blades that are NOT real Carbide but "fakes" -- Made with cheaper Oxide blades and colored with a dark pigment --  Do not be fooled by other black blades!  Ask to be certain!

Emphasis on durability for long life and lasting sharpness while in use in your kitchen

Double-edge cutting edge on both sides --  more quality craftsmanship and costs you less

Thicker knife at spine -- more quality materials and costs you less

Symmetrically tapered towards cutting edge -- increased durability at a lower cost to you

Well-designed knife blade & built to last for years of daily use

Emphasis on sharpness for cutting paper during in-store demonstrations  

Often sharpened on only one side -- cheaper to make but costs you more

Thinner blade -- cheaper to make but costs you more

Often flat on one side of blade -- saves them effort to make it this way but they charge you more anyway
