Warranty

 

All Eagle Ceramic knives, including:  are warranted to be free from detects in materialsl orand workmanship are covered by our limited 5-year warranty. The warranty period is valid for five (5) years following after its the original purchase date. In the event such a defect occursDuring the warranty period, Universal Relations Incorporated (URI) will repair or replace the defective knife or product free of charge. This warranty provides the original purchaser with specific remedies in the event of defects in our product, materials and workmanship.  Accidental damage or any damage resulting from the improper use or care of the product is not covered under the terms of this written warranty statement – Minor damage may be remedied by utilizing our free warranty period repair service (Warranty Service).This warranty extends only to the knife's original purchaser. This warranty does not cover the damage caused by improper use of the knife, or accidental damage to the knife. Small chips or broken tips are not covered by this warranty, but can often be corrected by re-sharpening. Stains can be removed by soaking the knife in a mild bleach solution or acetone.

You may complete the warranty process entirely by regular mail…simply send us your full name, your return address to ship the new or repaired knife, location of purchase, date of purchase fill out the warranty from attached – don’t forget to, enclose your proof of purchase and your knife—then ship to:

URI will repair or replace the knife as its sole option.                                                 

 

THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND URI MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EFITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE KNIVES SOLD DIRECTLY BY US OR BY ANY DEALER OFFERING OUR PRODUCTS FOR SALEFE. OF RELATING TO ITS QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. URI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES WHETHER A CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE. UNLAWFUL USE OF OUR PRODUCT OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCT.  IN NO EVENT WILL URI'S LIABILITY TO YOU EXTEND TO ANY THIRD PARTY OR EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE KNIFE.  AS WITH ALL SHARP OBJECTS – KEEP THE KNIFE AWAY FROM CHILDREN, OR PERSONS, WHICH COULD BE HARMFUL TO THEMSELVES OR OTHERS WHILE IN POSSESSION OF A SHARP OBJECT. URI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INJURIES CAUSED BY ANY PERSON DURING USE OR MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCTS WHETHER ACCIDENTAL OR INTENTIONAL.IN NO EVENT WILL URI'S LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE KNIFE.

If you'd like to have your knife re-sharpened, please fill out form attached, package your knife carefully (you can send up to 2 knives) and send with a $10 check for shipping and handling to:
