Proper
Use and Ceramic
Knife Care
How
to Keep Your Ceramic Knife Like New: Never
use a ceramic knife to pry open anything in the kitchen. Avoid
cutting frozen foods, foods with bones, or cheese as these foods
could lead to damage of your knife. Avoid exerting too much force on
the knife -- remember a ceramic blade will not flex or bend to warn
you that you are pressing too hard!
How
to Store Your Ceramic Knife:
Store your ceramic knives like other fine cutlery. In
a knife-block, kitchen drawer organizer tray, use a knife blade
sleeve, or keep it in its original package.
Easy
Clean Up:
You will find that our knives will rinse clean under running water
after cutting most fruits and vegetables -- Soap and water is
recommended after cutting meat or fish.
